General Refund Principles
We are committed to providing high-quality educational services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of your purchase and the type of service or product involved.
Eligibility for Refunds
Workshop and Course Enrollments
Refunds for workshop or course enrollments may be requested under the following conditions:
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled start date
- Partial refund of 50% available if cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled start date
- No refund available if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled start date
- No refund available once you have accessed course materials or attended any session
Digital Products and Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for downloadable materials, recorded content, or digital resources are generally not available once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure or if the product was materially misrepresented.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds if cancellation occurs within 30 days of initial purchase and minimal platform usage has occurred
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Administrative fees and processing charges
- One-on-one coaching sessions that were attended
- Custom workshop arrangements after delivery has commenced
- Services rendered in full
- Third-party fees or charges
Technical Issues and Service Failures
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content or services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly. If we are unable to provide access to the purchased service within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the applicable timeframe specified in this policy

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel workshops and courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

- You may choose to transfer your enrollment to an alternative date or receive a full refund
- We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for refunds outside the standard policy parameters will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors that may be considered include:
- Medical emergencies with supporting documentation
- Bereavement situations
- Unavoidable travel restrictions
- Other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control
Such requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate supporting documentation.
Group Enrollments and Corporate Purchases
Refund terms for group enrollments or corporate purchases may differ from individual purchases and will be outlined in the specific agreement or invoice provided at the time of purchase.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
